I am very unhappy with the service I received at this dealership.
My husband and I purchased a new vehicle from that dealership. Our purchase included a manifacturer rebate in the amount of $900.00 that the dealership was going to submit the papers for. We waited for several months for the rebate and when we did not hear back from the dealership we called them and inquired about it.
They gave us the run-around, transfering us to different people all the while telling us that we should be patient and the rebate is still coming. Six months later, still no rebate but they completely stopped returning our calls even though their manager bravely volunteered a couple of months before: "Even if we have to pay you this rebate out of our own pocket we will honor our obligation!".
No such luck! In the meantime they let go all the employees that used to work there 6 monthes ago so now it's too hard to figure out who promised what to who.
We were actually very happy with our Dodge truck but we would never go back to them with repeat business.
