I was just going to tell you what a wonderful job your staff does. Haley is a very kind lady. She listened to my concern and addressed it immediately, that made me feel like she really cares about the residence here, and that means a lot considering how large the community is. Clara at the maintenance desk has also been very helpful and friendly. She always greets me with a smile and she calls me to follow up after maintenance calls to make sure I am pleased with the work that was done! Snaps for Clara! Speaking of maintenance they really do a good job as well. I feel comfortable with them in my home and I know they know what they are doing, and if not they don't mess around trying to fix it (which in most cases makes things worse) they call the correct person for the job.
