I have been eating at Toque since they opened and have rarely been disappointed with the restaurant in general and never with the food.
When we want an excellent meal with the freshest ingredients we head to Toque. As opposed to most restaurants the chef always visits our table to see how the meal is going and accommodates my girlfriends special dietary needs with flair and creativity.
Personally I consider this the best restaurant in Merrick, Bellmore and Wantagh and probably one of the best on the south shore.
My personal favorites are the Stripped Bass (when in season) and the Braised Short Ribs.
