I've only used one stylist, Lisa Powers, but she is top-notch. I've been going there for almost ten years and the one time I wasn't happy with my haircut, she changed it right away. I had my hair done there for my wedding by a woman who specializes in "up-do's" and she was the best I've ever used. The service is great. If they are running late they call you and if they can squeeze you in, they will. All of the help are friendly. It's a great all-around experience!
