I went there recently to get a small thing on my camera fixed. All it needed was an adjustment inside the camera so I could close the flap on the bottom to keep the batteries in place. Simple, but not according to the lady who waited on me. She acted as if I was bothering her, even though I was the only one in the store. It's funny a small place that supposedly prides itself on customer service.
Next time I'll just go to Best Buy.
