This is truly an indulgence of the carnivorous kind. The "meat cart" wheeled around with a huge hunk of beef on it is where the Prime Rib is served from in cuts ranging from big, to bigger, to ridiculous! The salad is fresh and delicious, the ambiance is like your favorite buffet going all ritzy. I suggest the Creamed Corn as a side.
