I have experience with three veterinary clinics in town. We recently moved here and have dealt with more than a few veterinary visits with our cats. Nob Hill is the first clinic that has impressed me. The staff is very nice and seems to handle situations well.
They are the only clinic who has sent me a "welcome" card as a new client, AND they are the only clinic who has ever called to check in on my pets after being treated. These are the most basic of customer service skills a veterinary clinic should provide and yet after working with and providing much money to other clinics, NOB HILL is the only one who has offered this kind of support.
Our veterinarian at Nob Hill has been responsive to our needs and also our cats' needs. They have been handled with finesse and care at each visit, as have we. I feel relieved to have found a clinic I trust. Thanks Nob Hill!
