The people who work at Middle Country Automotive not only fixed my car within my budget, they did so while making me feel comfortable and welcome. I wasn't able to drop my car off, I had to stay within the shop while my repair was being done. Although this proved to be quite boring, the shop workers involved me in conversations and kept me updated on the repair. Once the repair was finished and the payment process was completed they notified me of other problems with my vehicle and, this was the shocker, told me they weren't immediate pressing issues, but something I should watch and look out for in the future. Obviously more concerned with the safety and functionality of my vehicle over the size of their profit margins, Middle Country Automotive will definitely be my repair shop of choice from now on.
