Contact local office to set up a appointment told they could clean my carpets on Friday with a time window of 9:00 to 1:00. I was told at the time of making the appointment I was second on the list. At 12:55, I called the office and was told they were running late and it would be no later than 1:30. At 1:45 they were still not here. I recommend if you can sit around you home all day and wait until they show up do it, but if your time is just as important as their's I would go elsewhere. Like I did. Call Coit they came the next day.
