I purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition from Steve. He was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. In the course of the financing, Newell recommended your warranty. I am not one who usually buys warranty, figuring if necessary just replace. I am very fortunate that he pointed out the ‘electronic’ converage and I realized that all the vehicles now are pretty much controlled this way. Therefore I purchased the gold plan. With this in places charles and Shelley have been very helpful explaining and taking care of the warranties issues I have had. Also Lynn in rental taking care of the type of vehicle I needed while mine was being repaired.
