After a grueling two month long battle to find a lender to finance a car, I called Honda Auto Center of Bellevue late one work day. Joy answered the phone and was assisted me in application for a loan and review of the car I was interested in. At 8:30am the following morning, I was awoken by a call from Joy. She had secured the loan! Later that afternoon, I drove off the lot with a fantastic BMW! Joy accomplished more in 18 hours than any other lender could in two months. Thank you very much!
