Excellence In Customer Service: I would like to commend your dealership and specifically Mr. Robert Hutching for assiting me in purchasing my Rav4. Mr. Hutching helped me work through a difficult situation. I purchased a new Camry in June 2009 fom Mr. Hutching. Approximately a year later, the car was totaled. I came back to the dealership because of my first experience with Mr. Hutching. Mr. Hutching's knowledge of the products and customer service skills sold me on the Camry. As a part of the original purchase, Mr. Hutching explained about gap insurance. This was the first time i had ever been offered this product. If Mr. Hutching had not recommended the gap insurance, the Camry would not have been paid off now. There would have been a note on the Camry and I would also have needed financing for another vehicle. This would have been financial hardship that was eliminated Mr. Hutching's helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, get financing and close the deal.
