I went for haircuts and coloring at Anna's for years. I would always schedule my appointments with Anna. It was great for a long time and then she started getting apprentices. It was find that they washed my hair but if I'm paying close to $100 for my hair to be colored I wanted Anna to do it. Well one time she let one of her apprentices apply the color on my hair and they did something terribly wrong because it fryed my hair! I went back a few days later and Anna put some type of deep conditioning on it but I really wasn't satisified. Why shouldn't I be reimbursed when a service goes this bad. I eventually had to get my long hair cut off to get rid of the damaged ends. Never went back after that experience. I gave her a good rating because she always cut my hair wonderfully but I would insist on her doing the work on my hair and never an assistant or apprentice!
