Expensive and Arrogant!! Paul Bensel is almost never in the shop leaving his ladies answer questions that they have no idea how to answer. Paul will give you a price, complete the job, and then jump the price after weeks of waiting. He then tried to play it off as though he did me a favor! WOW what a guy.. Thanks anyway, but Phx and SD is not that far way. Yet another reason to leave Yuma to get something done. Its a shame. Sand and Stone has WAY better customer service, but does not have a good custom program. I would avoid Paul Bensel Jewlers at all costs or they will attempt to RIP you off... I will now look into other jewlers in the two towns that I often go to anyway.... SD in the summer and Phx in the winter... I would have given them ZERO stars, but it forced me to give at least one.
