She was great at the consultation, prices were good but uses an answering service for her phone and does not return phone calls. I have now waited 4 weeks for my blinds and can't get a current status. She can still get a good review from me with great installation and improved communication. But for a vendor to not return calls.....I've left 5 messages over the past 3 days with her answering service.
