Good: Dealership is conveniently located not far from my home. Bad: Customer service is lousy. Was quoted a price with accessories only to learn that they wanted extra for them. Then, I was told to rush down to pick up the car and then made to wait for 3 hours since the vehicle was actually in Paterson. Kept there without information or so much as a glass of water.. Improvements: Do real customer service training and really focus on the client. Other: There are plenty of choices in Bergen County and Rockland County if you are looking for a Honda. Too bad such a great brand is so poorly represented..
