If it's a children's science store, they sure don't encourage it. My 8-year-old son is very interested in how things work. When he tried to use something set up display, and it came apart, the employee was very condescending. We're not talking about a highly involved science experiment... it was a marble drop device that looks a lot like a Mousetrap game. I made my feelings known immediately and we will not be going back.
