Overpriced, rude, unhelpful 12/28/2005

I rented a Mozart Management property during my first year at Pittsburgh and I was very sorry I did. Although Mozart generally has properties in good locations (I was staying at the Georgian) they are overpriced, they raise the rent above market rates, they expect tenants to sign the lease for the next year 6 months before the lease is up, their front desk staff is rude and the building was not well maintained. I used to come home from school and find that Mozart has been to the apartment again, for whatever the purpose (apartment showing or some kind of unscheduled maintenance) I used to find this very creepy. Overall Mozart is not a company I’d want to business with ever again and I have not met a pleased Mozart customer yet. If you are going to rent an apartment, rent from someone else, do your research, talk to people, read other reviews; there are plenty of good choices around. more
