Great service with compassion

When my Pontiac Grand Am started having problems one day... right during the holiday season when I was out of money, I took it into Andy Klein Pontiac to see what was wrong. They called at work a few hours later to tell me the damage and that the cost for repair was going to be $400. I was so shocked that I burst into tears on the phone!
Later on, when I went to pick up my car, I was so surprised to find the bill as less than half the quoted amount. The kind gentlemen at Andy Klein ended up only charging me for parts, not labor. I couldn't believe how nice that was and I made sure to thank everyone and wrote letters to management.
They have always done a great job with my cars and get the job done quick!
