The Houston Symphony is awesome to listen to. They have regular performances in Jones Hall and FREE performances in the Miller Outdoor Theatre.
They are play different types of genre. They have has guests like Art Garfunkel and even Christian artists such as Michael W. Smith.
I really enjoyed watching them at the Miller Theatre. It's really fun to just sit and listen to them. It would also be a great cultural exposure for kids and might even get them into music.
