Unprofessional and unlawful agency. They show Carla Nicole property- 151 Sip Ave- which incidentally is also a terrible office. Liberty Realty entered my apartment in JC several times without notice and without permission. Courtesy aside, it's unlawful. The realty agent also left the light on in my kitchen and living room... that's how I knew they went in while I away. They also didnt lock my door. Unbelievable.
When confronted, the rep said "I'll make a note of it, that agents should call you before entering you apartment!" What a shady agency! How do you not know NJ law that it's unlawful to just enter an apartment without even calling. AND, how rude it it to just leave the lights on as if you own my place! How rude to not even lock my door after you unlawfully enter.
