Hard to describe in English. One of Vietnam's treasure is Banh Cuon. Very very very good. Located adjacent to the Asian Garden Mall "Phuoc Loc Tho" this tiny restaurant offers a wallop of a meal at a very very very affordable price. Prices range from 5-7 dollars per plate. Filled with all the amenities: meat - shrimp - seafood.
A dimunitive restaurant and parking is very scarce.
