I never had a chance to use their services. When I called and asked for the Manager with some specific questions I had, I was told, "Why would he want to talk to you? You stupid bit*ch." I wouldn't want this man anywhere near my locks and think he should be fired. This call took place on 3/23/11 at 11:56am. Gosh I wish I could remember his name...Too bad they don't have a rating option of "zero" stars.
