When we're on a sushi rampage, my husband, Chris, and I sometimes visit Joss weekly for our sushi fix. This is by far the best sushi we have found -- very fresh fish, well cut, excellent rice, and a good variety. Joss doesn't go in for much that is faddish or trendy -- the sushi is straighforward and extremely tasty. The service is excellent and the wait-people are always happy to answer any questions. Seating can be a little tight -- especially on weekend evenings -- but it's a good way to get to know your neighbors.
