Imperial Chinese Cuisine is a rather old Chinese restaurant in Colfax, barely preceded by Eddy's. It is a well run business, though not much of a family place.Their food is decent, and they have some unique items on their list, some Eddy's has, some they don't. An overall good restaraunt, the atmosphere is a little hazy and some people question the cleanliness of the workers. Still, it's a well known place, and though not the best, worth at least one shot.
