I was Audited by the IRS after lodging a return prepared by Anthony R Loya & Associates.
I received the Audit notice and called Anthony R Loya & Associates and asked to speak to my Accountant ~ Cesar.
He was busy and the receptionist asked me to fax the Audit papers through as they have a 'special' audit department ~ she added that I would be contacted within the next 24 hours and not to worry. How long does it take to call a client back?
I prepared and faxed all the documents as requested and waited... and waited... three days later nothing! No calls, no messages, no emails no special audit department - flat line. I then called and emailed again to no avail.
Someone recommended them to me ~ terribly disappointed, steer clear.
