Bad customer service 10/31/2005

Somebody had sent me flowers and they left me a message on my voicemail to confirm the address, i got home from work and called them back after hours- they didn't have an answering machine so that i could leave them a message, so i had to call them the next day and asked if they could deliver by a certain time and they said they would , but they did not deliver when they said they would they were probably an hour and a half late. Their flowers were very nice though and the vase that they came in was well protected, the arrangement porbably lasted over a week. But I found their customer service to be inconvenient. more
