Good: The only reason for 3 stars is because the staff does seem to care about the animals, my dog never eats all her food when I'm away, there's always a ton left however all of her food was gone and she seemed to be acting herself, they at least got that right. The facility itself is large, spacious and clean.. Bad: Listening and competence skills of the front desk staff. The owner treated me in a manner that is completely rude, condescending and unprofessional.. Improvements: Better listening skills & professionalism from the front desk staff & Owner. It would be nice if the owner addressed the complaint's & got back to me on how to rectify the situation, that care & concern to me is important as a customer. I was extremely upset & frustrated, it's been almost a week & I still haven't heard from the owner. I would have liked to have written a positive review stating I was unsatisfied at 1st now with my concerns addressed would be 5 star.This is & has been poor customer service.. Other: I had to ask the front desk staff or comment on 2 different things 3 times that I was uncomfortable or that I needed them to do something and was ignored until the 3rd time when action was finally taken. Owner talked down to me and didn't comment or suggest in a appropriate professional matter, the owner's ending remark to me when I expressed my concern with this being my 1st time with there establishment in a rude tone,was"Well we have a 5 star reputation to uphold, I think we know what we're doing".
