One of the best meals we've had in the Walla Walla Valley since moving here 3 years ago! A short drive from Walla Walla, this charming cafe invited us in with it's historic brick walls and candlelit tables. We had a hard time choosing from about a half dozen entrees on the menu - but settled on a Pumpkin Ravioli dish and Rib Eye Steak with a veal-port reduction sauce and potato gratin. The flavors were incredible. There was a kale vegetable served with the steak that was unlike anything I've ever tasted. We finished off the night with two of their homemade deserts, and they were every bit as good as the entrees (be sure to save room!). There is also a great wine and beer list - all local wines and what looked like some fun local brews. If you're within driving distance of Dayton...this is a "must try"...a perfect evening out.
