Have been a fan of Wilbers for years and a very loyal custimer. Recently I have been getting terrible custimer service. I walked in half hour before closing and they all looked at my like they were going to chase me back out. They just stand around, talk and wouldnt make eye contact with me. Also, I ordered a half barrel keg and they brought me this funny shaped keg. I asked if it would fit in the kegorator that I purchased also at Wilbers and they assured me it would. I drove back home, in another county, to find out it didnt fit. By this time all liquor stores are closed and I have a house full of guests and no beer. I explained this to a manager the next day and he basically told me I was out my $ and will not exchange it. What used to be the nice high-end place in town is turning for the worse, and fast!
