Poor workmanship, Bad communication 1/27/2011

Good: Location of business was fairly close to my home. They seemed friendly at first.. Bad: Take a moment to check the BBB. Even though a company can buy their high rating, scroll down to see the BBB-Customer Complaint History. Repair issues – Claims of alleged incorrect diagnosis of a problem, delay in completion of repair, or inferior workmanship. Administratively closed- BBB Definition: administratively close – BBB determined that the complaint could not be satisfactorily settled using standard methods of voluntary dispute resolution. Obviously they are not willing to work things out.. Improvements: Their staff need some training on customer relations. They are not educated enough to know how to deal with the public. They are not very good at dealing with a situation that requires them to realize they are wrong and they should do what ever it takes to fix the situation instead of being imature about it. Education goes a long way!. Other: Watch out. Pool repairs are very expensive and if not done by professionals, you could be out thousands. Stay away from this place!. more
