Bob is the owner and operator and loves his job. Of course! He tastes wine all day! You can go in anytime they are open and there are wines available to taste for a small fee. You can technically take in a group of people, buy a bottle, and as long as it is 4ounces or less per person, you can drink it there in the shop. If only there was food! But this isn't a restaurant; it is a personable, neighborhood, shop, where he'll get the wines you want if he doesn't have it for you. It is a great place to try new things before going out to dinner, buying a bottle for after dinner drinks for later.
You can also reserve the shop for private parties. Then you can drink what you want, however much you want.
