When I am on this side of town, I tend to go to Swifty. It's nice because they pump the gas for you, a service hard to find these days. This is perfect when the weather is bad, or if you have a kid/baby that screams when you get out of the car! I believe they charge a small fee for the pumping service (one cent per gallon?) but their base price seems to be competitive or even lower than others around town. Swifty gets a thumbs up for sticking to personal customer service like in the old days.
