Audio PLus staff are very friendly and somewhat knowledgable. I wouldn't recommend them for any type of Big job though. They take a long time to get the job done, which may be ok for some people but I am always on a tight schedule and feel that when I am told it will take 1 hour to do something I expect it to be done somewhat close to that 1 hour-- not 2 which is what happened to me.
