It's the coldest week of the year and the fan in my Wrangler stopped working. I called Stetler on Thursday morning. I described the problem and service said they probably knew the problem. They would squeeze it in that day. 5:00 they said they never got a chance to look at it but if I can leave it overnight, they would definitely get to it Friday. It is now 4:00 on Friday and they still haven't looked at it and can't tell me when they will. Had they been honest on Thursday I could've gone elsewhere and had it fixed. Instead I am now looking at at least Monday. If you can't do it - tell the customer! And why do I have to call them to find out they can't get to it? Call your customer! They pay your bills! Too bad this is the only Jeep dealer left in this area. I will never go back.
