I agree with others that are speaking of uncaring staff - I barely saw the vet (dr. Dunn) & paid a high price seeking HIS knowledge as a veterinarian. Now that they've gone to an automated phone system it's HORRIBLE trying to contact a HUMAN BEING. They certainly have lost that "small town" feel. So disheartening! (p.s. - I would not give a star but it won't let me post without at least one.)
