I have been frequenting Cooper's for many years. On my last several visits, I was disappointed with the wait (3 hours, as they don't take reservations) and this was further coplicated because a portion of my part was had not arrived yet, and Cooper's would not even give me the "pager box" until the entire party arrived. Well, the food is good, but in my opinion the quality has gone down some over the past 5 years, and they do offer one of the best beer menus out there, so aside from the pre-meal hassels, Cooper's is a good place to eat.
