As another person commented some of the staff are very "rough" (rude) and condescending. I would also definitely use the word "paranoid" to describe some of the staff. They seem to hire people who are into head trips rather than looking for nice people with good people skills.There are one or two people there who are very helpful and very knowledgeable about vitamins and other supplements that is one strong point, but that doesn't make up for the weird attitudes and bad treatment from other staff people. Overall the place makes me uncomfortable and I now avoid it and am grateful that there are other options in Fort Collins for natural foods and vitamins.
