Everglades National Park 11/11/2005

Everglades National Park is the largest remaining subtropical wilderness in the United States. Its abundant wildlife includes rare and endangered species. When we went there, it was raining lightly that day, but still it was so much fun to walk around and see nature and life so closely. There are airboats rides available close by that are a lot of fun too. The photos came out great too and the kids learnt so much on that trip. It has been designated an International Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage Site, and a Wetland of International Importance, in recognition of its significance to all the peoples of the world. more
