Inconsistent food

I have ordered from Canterbury Pizza several times and their food is inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is really good and sometimes it's really bad. I think it may have to do with who is cooking the food. One of the people there (I think it's one of the owners) is always in a bad mood. Sometimes the tables are dirty even though there is no one in the restaurant.
