This Chinese restaurant has great food, but terrible service. We've been there several times and it is consistently bad. My suggestion is to get carry-out. That way you can have the great food, but won't have to wait and wait for your server to apprear. The building is decorated nicely, though. We haven't been back in a long time due to how long it takes to eat here.
