The Arboretum, far away from the tourist-laden Nation Mall, is a great place to get away. You can bike, hike, or walk your dog here. Find peace at the Bonsai exhibit. Marvel at the state trees in the State tree grove. There is so much to see here, and the setting is really peaceful. There is a tram-ride (fee) tour of the Arboretum, which is a great way to familiarize yourself with it's offerings.
