Beware of Ann Street Auto. They are the worst car dealership by far. I just purchased a Kia Optima 03, Nov 5. I have only been able to use the car twice in the past wk I've had it. It has been sitting in there shop for 3 days in a row, while they have been "doing work on it". I went to work today after waiting 3 days for my car (and paying people for rides and almost being late to work all week)and guess what!!!? My serpentine belt is about to break now. My car is sitting in the lot f my place of employment. I once again out of a car, out of money and out of PATIENCE!! I will never ever in my life do business with them again!! I would almost rather risk "bad credit" and it get repo'd than to keep dealing with them and pay a note on a vehicle I wasn't even able to drive for a week before putting it in the shop!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have 2 kids, I'm a single mom, they've met and interacted with my kids and still sold me a faulty car that could have had me stranded somewhere out in the cold tonight!! Just Horrible!!
