EVO's is the only place to go when you want italian. The staff will make anything you want on request, special orders are not a problem. I've never had a bad meal there, although I'm not a local either, so my expections for italian food do not include places Olive Garden.
Their gnocchi is great, and the veal dishes are not the typical fried cheap cutlets served elsewhere in this city. Watch the specials too, they do a great job of trying different dishes.
