My family recently visited this place and were so excited at first because the place was set up so cool... However - lets talk about service people! I'm not sure these people know much about customer service. My daughter and walked around two times while my husband stood there looking at the bulldog in the window. We were there for about 15 minutes while the clerk standing behind their counter talked on his phone the entire time we were there. I might add that we were the only customers in the entire store during our visit. Maybe the poor customer service was something that we just didn't expect. Word is around town this place is known for this as we visited a competitor and made a purchase. For the latino guy behind the counter... if you spent as much time helping your customers as you did ignoring them you might make a decent paycheck. How your boss doesn't can your behind is beyond me.
