First the good: there is a great array of sauces to choose from ranging from mild to firery. They will offer a "sauce tour" if you're there for your first time. The sauce tour consists of a bowl of fries which you can use to taste the sauces. Also, the portions are very large. Usually, the staff are high energy and that makes for a fun atmosphere. Their margaritas are fantastic, too.
Now the bad: Their prices are pretty high. Expect to pay top dollar. Also, in recent months the quality of food seems to have gone down. Their once very satisfying ribs tend to be more fatty now. Portions tend to be overly seasoned or under seasoned. If you are really into BBQ, remember this is a chain and not local.
