I have been going to C&C Nails for about 3 years. Not because of the friendly atmosphere but because it is blocks from my house and Lil & Kim did do a good job. Today I went in to find new staff and I think a new owner (Jenny). She has already totally remodeled the waxing room, there was insence burning and the place looked great. Jenny did my nails and better than Lil or Kim. The new staff were really friendly.
