This health club has many facilities. It has a pool, racket ball courts, and mostly new weight training and aerobic equipment. They have different packages for different needs. They have personal training for those who have no idea what they are doing and a generally helpful staff. I never had a problem with them when i was a member. For those who are starting out or even those who are already professional body builders this is the place for you.
