Hair Quarters - please, please learn how to blow dry

So I know that this is a small town and all, so I had pretty low expecations for a salon. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they did highlights. My hair cut was okay as well.
But do you know what a good blow out is? For $175+, I would expect to leave with a decent blow dry. My hair was half wet and definitely frizzy. This is reason alone for me to travel further to get my hair styled.
