Dr Pickens and the office staff as a whole are very good at interacting with teenagers. They are able to balance the concerns of parents as well as the need for privacy and confidentiality for Teens. I am very impressed. Most Pediatricians are good with younger children- but not all are as successful at the more sensitive issues faced by the teens and their parents.
